Your privacy is important to Sphene Studios, Inc., the developer of Stylar (“Stylar”, or “us” or “we”) and we take our obligations regarding your privacy seriously.

If you install one of our extensions, attend one of our demonstrations or webinars, sign up to receive our newsletters, fill out a form to contact us, or submit a support request, we collect the information you provide, which may include personal information such as: (1) your first and last name, (2) organization name, (3) job title, (4) email address, (5) phone number, (6) location information including state/province and country, and (7) when applicable, a user-generated password or other login credentials for your account.

When using our Services, you may be asked to upload one or more images of yourself to be used for the purposes allowing you to virtually try on different fashion apparel. We use artificial intelligence to combine your image and that of the apparel you select in a manner that shows how the item might look on you. You may also choose to provide an image for use in your account profile to help other users on the platform better identify you if you choose to interact with other users and share information about yourself and your digital closet.

We may combine the information we collect from you with information we obtain from public sources, partners, and other third parties, and use such combined information and inferences in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  1. Information We May Collect via Technological Means.

Our systems can automatically collect certain technical data about your device, location, and software, including your browser type, browsing history, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, domain name, device ID, advertising IDs, and/or a time stamp of your visit. We automatically gather this data and store some or all of it in log files each time you visit our site or access your account on our network.

This can include information such as the types of apparel, brands, and other characteristics of items that you virtually try-on using our Services, and those you select to keep in your digital closet or share with others on the platform.
